\u2981 Manage a team by creating a strong spirit of cohesion and good understanding<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Motivate, train, support, and brief your team<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Recruit, evaluate, retain and develop all team members<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Supervise operational HR management: schedules, objectives, working hours, annual reviews<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Ensure compliance with administrative and legal formalities<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Guarantee the achievement of productivity \/ wage bill objectives<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Be responsible for the smooth running of the service (supervision of servers and head waiters, follow-up with the kitchen, customer reception and service)<\/p>\n\n

Operational performance:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Oversee setup and manage services<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Manage the smooth transition of orders between teams and delivery personnel in compliance with procedures<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Guarantee the quality of prepared and served products and ensure optimal service quality (rating, prep time, no order preparation errors, etc.)<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Regularly control quality<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Guarantee the achievement of raw material ratio objectives<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Implement and supervise the proper application of production processes<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Handle and resolve any internal incidents<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Respect the restaurant’s allocated budget<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Achieve internal audit objectives (service quality, hygiene, management)<\/p>\n\n

Hygiene and safety:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Ensure compliance with HACCP standards by carrying out all hygiene checks daily<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Ensure proper application of HACCP hygiene and safety procedures<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Clean and tidy work areas after each service<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Supervise kitchen maintenance<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Maintain facilities and equipment in good working condition<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Be responsible for hygiene and safety procedures<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Update occupational risk assessment documents<\/p>\n\n

Stock management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Manage the reception and control of goods in compliance with procedures<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Manage restaurant stocks according to internal procedures and tools provided for inventories, orders, receptions, etc.<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Conduct inventories<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Ensure the good condition of stocks and regularly check quality<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Be autonomous in resolving issues related to goods management and be responsible for alerting the Operational Director if necessary<\/p>\n\n

Operational, financial management, reporting<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Demonstrate communication and report information to Management to quickly address any operational problems encountered<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Guarantee the achievement of restaurant objectives by monitoring your management indicators on: turnover, losses, labor, customer reviews, …<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Monitor operating account ratios and optimize restaurant profitability<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Control the wage bill<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Ensure compliance with HR administrative and legal formalities<\/p>\n\n

Process \/ Training<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Ensure you are up to date with the latest process developments (concepts, tools, etc.) and participate in corresponding training<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Ensure teams have good knowledge of products sold<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Ensure compliance with the spirit, dress code …<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Ensure confidentiality of product recipes, turnover volume and procedures<\/p>\n\n

Desired profile:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n

\u2981 A minimum of 5 years experience as a manager, ideally in the restaurant sector<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Constant pursuit of performance and achievement of your objectives<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 You have a taste for challenges and know how to unite your team around set objectives.<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Autonomous and a good manager, you know how to handle the imperatives of a profit center and master the analysis of an operating account.<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 Endowed with genuine relational qualities and leadership, you have a culture of service and results.<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 You enjoy working in an establishment that combines efficiency with impeccable product and service quality.<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 You have wide availability in terms of working hours and can handle, indifferently, the opening or closing of the restaurant.<\/p>\n\n

\u2981 You speak French and English. Any other language will be considered an asset. <\/p>\n\n
