Two “Geesek\u00e9is<\/strong>” with washed rind that bring back memories of munster and camembert, a sheep’s milk cheese<\/strong> similar to Corsican sheep’s cheese, or a fresh goat’s cheese<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Baltes farm, which introduced organic farming in 2001, turned to goat breeding and the organic production of goat’s cheese in 2005.<\/p>\n

This modern agricultural company not only has a hay drying system to produce its own fodder, but also breeds Icelandic horses and Australian shepherds.<\/p>\n
