Terms and Conditions of Sale
- 30 days if the offer sent for your event is more than 6 months away.
- 30 days if the offer sent for your event is between 1 and 6 months away.
- 15 days if the offer sent for your event is less than 1 month away.
After this period, the offer will be revised and prices may be subject to change.
For long-term offers (weddings, communions, etc.), menu prices may vary according to fluctuations in raw material and market prices.
Confirmation of the offer:
If you wish to accept our offer, it must be returned to us signed and dated.
To ensure the success of your reception, we invite you to confirm our offer as soon as possible.
The number of guests must be communicated to us no later than 5 business days before the reception.
After this deadline, we cannot guarantee that any changes to the contract order will be taken into account.
Modification of the offer:
5 business days to adapt the offer to the actual number of guests (staff, equipment, drinks, number of menus or cocktail pieces).
A contract modification of more than 30% above or below the initial number of guests within this timeframe could hinder the success and quality of the reception. We may not be able to respond favorably to your requests, and the quote may need to be adjusted.
A change in the initial number of guests on the day of the reception (increase or decrease) could hinder the event: we reserve the right to charge you for the resources made available.
Cancellation conditions:
You can change your mind by cancelling our offer without charge and without reason under the following conditions:
30 days before for receptions with more than 100 people
15 days before for receptions with fewer than 100 people
For any cancelled contract with more than 100 people:
- Within 30 days: full refund of the deposit
- Between 5 and 15 business days before 2:00 PM: billing of 25% of the quote amount
- Within 5 business days before 2:00 PM: billing of 50% of the quote amount
Billing:
Drinks are billed according to the bottles opened or kept by the client.
Staff hours are calculated on a flat-rate basis of 5 hours, and any additional hour will be billed in half-hour increments.
For proper invoice preparation, our accounting department requests that you provide the following information:
Your entity, your postal address, your VAT number, the name of the signatory, the email address of the invoice recipient if different from the contact person, a phone number in case of dispute, and an order reference.
Logistics:
All our products are packaged and delivered cold, to be reheated for tasting (hot dishes), either by you following our reheating instructions or by our staff provided.
Please inform us of the equipment available at the reception venue in order to:
- Potentially limit additional equipment costs.
- Ensure the cold chain (presence of cold room, refrigerator, and freezer)
- Allow optimal reheating of cooked dishes (oven, cooking plate, hot table).
Without this information, we cannot guarantee optimal quality of the products served.
Subject to inadequate equipment, we can take care of the necessary materials, and the quote would be adjusted accordingly.
Delivery:
The delivery of all our services is done by refrigerated truck, ensuring the quality of our products and compliance with the cold chain.
The round-trip travel time is not included in your staff cost estimate.
Access:
It is important to clearly specify the exact delivery location and the presence of a delivery area – parking. In case there is no access or parking provided, any fines will be recharged.
Please inform us if there are stairs or elevators between the delivery location and the event location. If there are elevators, they must allow access for our carts: 60x80cm and 1.80m in height.
Any necessary handling not specified in advance will be charged at €35.00/hour. Any hour started will be due.
Quality / anti-waste:
As part of our anti-waste approach, we allow you to keep unconsumed prepared dishes, served in containers designed for this purpose.
For food safety reasons, we decline all responsibility for products you wish to keep after the reception. We recommend consuming them as soon as possible while ensuring the cold chain is maintained.
