Duties and Skills:
- You ensure consistent quality and impeccable presentation of production.
- You efficiently manage goods, stocks, equipment, products, and raw materials (inventories, hygiene, tracking unsold items, etc.).
- You ensure the production of orders within deadlines.
- You ensure the proper functioning of kitchen equipment.
- You follow hygiene rules according to HACCP criteria.
- You manage technical data sheets.
Required Qualifications:
- You have a DAP in cuisine or equivalent.
- You have a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- You are passionate about your profession and have a good team spirit.
- You are proficient in computer tools.
