Pink October at the cheese shop: Kaempff-Kohler launches the Pink à racler!

The “Pink à Racler”, which we offer throughout the month at our cheese shop in the city center, is a thermized Swiss raclette cheese, aged for at least 3 months, with the distinctive quality of melting perfectly, allowing its full aroma to be expressed.

It’s a must-have in your selection of raclette cheeses. It’s delicious and even better when hot!

This melt-in-your-mouth raclette doesn’t just catch the eye with its pink color; it also convinces with its spicy and aromatic flavors.

Its striking color and natural aromas come from the beetroot added during curdling, giving this cheese the colors of Pink October.

This cheese supports the “Pink October 2024” breast cancer awareness campaign. 10% of the proceeds from the sale of this cheese during the month of October will be donated to the Europa Donna Association, dedicated to fighting breast cancer across Europe since 2002.
