Asparagus has its rightful place on the light dining menu in our city center shop.

We offer them prepared “à la flamande”, a way to showcase the queen of spring vegetables in all its simplicity.

Cooked to perfection in lightly salted water (with a pinch of lemon juice to keep “them” a pristine white), they are sprinkled with hard-boiled egg and a bit of parsley.

Finally, we drizzle them with hot melted butter to enhance their creaminess – and voilà!
