After the resounding success of our solidarity éclair and the pink cheese of hope as part of the Pink October campaign against breast cancer, the month of November will be all about the moustache.
In the weeks ahead, special attention will be paid to the fight against male diseases, in particular prostate cancer, the most common form of cancer in men, diagnosed in 1 in 8 people in France.
So, after Pink October, here comes “Movember”, a prevention campaign that originated in Australia in 2014. This linguistic neologism was born from the contraction of the word “november” and the abbreviation “mo”, meaning moustache in English slang.
The shared objective of all communication actions linked to this campaign is to raise public awareness and funds for research into male diseases such as prostate cancer.
True to their commitment to healthy, sustainable nutrition and to health in general, Kaempff-Kohler’s management and teams have decided to contribute to this project.
Our pastry chefs have created for the occasion a gluten-free Moustache éclair with Corsican clementine confit, enhanced with an 80% Valrhona dark chocolate ganache.
This treat is now available in our shops in the City Centre, in Niederanven and at BREAKK in Kirchberg for €4.90, of which €0.50 from each sale will be donated to the “Fondation Cancer”.
Be generous and treat yourself at the same time – support Movembre, our commitment to your enjoyment!
