New pastry creation at Kaempff-Kohler
Le Croq’Pomme
All green, all beautiful, all gleaming… Le Croq’Pomme, created by pastry chef Jonathan Szymkowiak, captivates at first sight with its elegant trompe-l’œil silhouette.
It’s a creation as visually refined as it is delicious to taste, perpetuating the pastry excellence of Kaempff-Kohler, founded in 1922.
Beneath its delicately gleaming trompe-l’œil appearance lies a harmony of fresh and indulgent flavors: a light green apple mousse, with fruity and airy notes, combined with a Granny Smith apple compote subtly tangy, bringing freshness and intensity.
The contrast of textures is what makes this dessert so magical. The melting softness of the mousse meets the generous and fruity heart of the compote, while the puffed spelt crisp adds an irresistible crunchy and toasted touch.
Each bite reveals a perfect balance between lightness, freshness and indulgence.
With Le Croq’Pomme, Kaempff-Kohler celebrates pastry elegance and the authentic taste of fruit in a contemporary creation full of finesse.
