Your responsibilities include:
- Ensuring smooth service operation
- Promoting additional sales of our products
- Warm and friendly welcome and seating of guests
- Team leadership and management
- Ensuring efficient operations (service monitoring, customer relations, etc.)
- Ensuring guest comfort and satisfaction
- Effective coordination with various departments, including good communication with the kitchen
- Cleaning, setup, and service preparation
Responsibilities:
- Supervising your team regarding customer interaction (welcome, satisfaction, etc.), knowledge of dishes, and waiter training/development.
- Building customer loyalty and knowing regular guests
- Ensuring adherence to hygiene and cleanliness rules according to HACCP criteria
- Proper use and management of equipment
- Developing restaurant menus in collaboration with the Head Chef
