of Luxembourg’s culinary heritage, Riesling pâté or “Rieslingspaschtéit” in Luxembourgish.
It was indeed Pierre Kaempff, the founder of the Kaempff-Kohler house, who created it in 1928 to accompany the after-work snack, often enjoyed among friends at the time.
Today, Riesling pâté is still one of Luxembourgers’ favorite dishes.
We offer it in a “Mini”, “12 pieces” or “portion” version.
