Our partnership with Naturpark Öewersauer was an obvious choice.
Our pastry and chocolate specialists had the wonderful idea of working with pumpkin seeds grown in the heart of the natural park without use of any pesticides – the seeds are first caramelized to add a subtle crunch, before being coated with Valhrona 61% dark chocolate or Valhrona 39% milk chocolate.
