The Kaempff Kohler X Ma Langue Sourit “Cœur de Pin” ice cream log – limited edition!

Enjoying the “Cœur de Pin” ice cream log for the festive season is like diving into the very essence of Luxembourg and the Greater Region, with a noble, one-of-a-kind product.

With Cyril Molard, the 2 Michelin-starred chef of the Ma Langue Sourit restaurant, we carefully selected the best ingredients from the region to create an exceptional tasting experience that will transport you to the heart of our terroirs, showcasing the passion and expertise of our local producers.

By our side on this adventure: you will (re)discover the incomparable taste of Cyril Molard‘s signature sorbet, made from Luxembourg fir needles hand-picked in our forests for a “pure nature” freshness.

We chose to pair it with a soft sponge cake enhanced with pumpkin seeds from Lët’z Kürbis by La Provençale. They are grown in a healthy, environmentally friendly way in the Esch-sur-Sûre Nature Park. We caramelised them to add a subtle crunch.

Continuing on from the sponge cake, you will enjoy an apple compote with Ramborn ice cider, an iconic locally produced drink.

Finally, you will finish with Butternut squash from Sandrine’s Baskets, bringing a naturally velvety sweetness, enhanced by a few Madagascar vanilla seeds.

For an even more festive and indulgent plate, we suggest adding a drizzle of clementine and carrot coulis around the slice of log. It will also pair very well with a glass of ice cider. For the best tasting experience, we recommend taking your log out of the freezer 15 minutes before serving.
