As they do every year for the holiday season, the teams at Kaempff-Kohler have worked hard to put together an exceptional gastronomic selection, ensuring your celebrations leave you with unforgettable memories.

Our complete range offers a wide variety of options to present an exceptional gourmet table to your guests, starting with appetizers, canapés, hot bites, vol-au-vents or mini burgers, through to surprise breads, veloutés, and soups.

Then come the hot or cold starters: lobster, salmon, scallops, snails and of course… foie gras.

Fans of cold buffets can choose between two generous set menus.

For the main courses, our chefs have worked on the seafood side with monkfish, John Dory, and sole, while on the meat side you will find veal, guinea fowl, venison, beef, duck and, of course, the traditional chestnut-stuffed turkey with Périgourdine sauce.

For game lovers, we offer roe deer and our legendary jugged hare.

Our 4 to 5-course festive menus crown our end-of-year offering. These are available in 3 options, including a special one for New Year’s Eve.

Between the main course and dessert, you will certainly have a little room left for one of our cheese or charcuterie platters.

For the final touch, count on our desserts to round off your festive meals: in addition to our classic mignardises, macarons, verrines, and vacherins, discover our nougatine Christmas tree, our range of buttercream or mousse Yule logs, and of course our “Cœur de Pin” frozen Yule log!
