Le champagne Veuve Clicquot brut est produit sur base de Pinot Noir (50-55%), Meunier (15-20%) et Chardonnay (28-33%). Les raisins proviennent de 50 à 60 crus et l’assemblage comprend 25 à 45% de vins de réserve qui ont été vieillis jusqu’à 15 ans.
