Dessert of the Month: Tatin Bliss
This February, our pastry chefs surprise you with a classic dessert reimagined their way.
Kaempff-Kohler presents Tatin Bliss, a nod to the Tatin sisters, substituting pear for apple without losing any of its indulgence.
Tatin Bliss is built on a Breton shortbread base, topped with pears prepared Tatin-style, a creamy layer made with Ice Cider from Ramborn (bringing us back to the apple), all crowned with a smooth ganache whipped with Dulcey chocolate.
Tatin Bliss is available in our stores and via Click & Collect throughout February!
