Crocodiles and palm trees adorn the window, and inside, a cozy and subdued atmosphere reigns:
For the next few months, part of the Kaempff-Kohler city center location will transport you to Cuba.
Let yourself go and settle comfortably into one of our leather armchairs to savor an exceptional rum, Casa Eminente.
We present three vintages to you:
Ambar Claro, aged 3 years, with an alcohol content of 40% and an addition of 30% aguardiente, a complex Cuban brandy, blended with light rum to give it more depth and subtlety.
La Reserva, aged 7 years, with an alcohol content of 43.2% and 70% aguardiente, and finally the Gran Reserva, aged 10 years, with an alcohol content of 43.5% and an addition of 80% aguardiente.
Each sip is an explosion of typical aromas on the palate. Vanilla, coffee, and raspadura—unrefined cane sugar—transport you to the heart of the West Indies.
For cocktail lovers, we recommend the Eminente Mojito made with Ambar Claro rum, fresh lime, sugar, and mint, or the Eminente Treacle with Eminente Reserva Rum, apple juice, sugar, and chocolate bitters.
Of course, we had to include the rum baba in our menu, a great Kaempff-Kohler classic, while maintaining our usual selection of coffees.
Whether you’re a little or very hungry, our chef has also switched to Cuban time by offering a revisited version of Cuban Picadillo with Luxembourgish beef, corn, and kidney beans.
All that’s missing is the cigar, which you can enjoy… on the terrace!

We obviously couldn’t not add the “baba au rhum”, a great Kaempff-Kohler pastry classic, to the menu, while keeping our usual choice of coffees.
In case of small or big hunger, our chef has also switched to Cuban time, offering a revisited Cuban Picadillo with Luxembourgish beef, corn and kidney beans.
