As every year, we await the Beaujolais Primeur on the 3rd Thursday of the month, which will fall on November 16 this year.
The Beaujolais wine region (100% Gamay) that will be in the spotlight extends from the North of Burgundy, between Mâcon, to the south of Villefranche sur Saône.
Our Primeur, which has only fermented for a few weeks, comes from Maison Joseph Drouhin. We offer a Beaujolais Villages that was therefore harvested in the North of the region, around the 38 villages of the appellation.
The arrival of this very typical new wine is an opportunity to offer you a true autumn treat. For the occasion, Sonia, our cheese specialist, has prepared an assortment of cheeses that pair perfectly with the fresh, fruity and light notes of this wine.
From November 17 to 19, our cheese shop at 10 rue du Curé in the City Center offers you two options:
- The cheese board of 5 cheeses (150g) accompanied by a glass of Beaujolais Primeur for €21.50, to enjoy on site
- The takeaway platter for 2 people, with 5 cheeses (400g) and 1 bottle of Beaujolais Primeur for €34.50.
Celebrate the arrival of Beaujolais nouveau with us!
