At Easter, spring is on its way and it’s time to enjoy asparagus. Our chefs prepare white asparagus with hollandaise sauce, fromage blanc and wild garlic – a springtime delight we can’t wait to enjoy again this weekend!
If you prefer fish, we recommend the salmon koulibiac with Nantes butter and white port, served in slices with its black rice croquette.
