Our pastry chefs have done it for you! Their latest creation seemed so stunning and overturning to us that we simply called it “Le Renversé”.
Take a lovely, soft Genoa bread biscuit, layer some strawberry and celery confit in between, top it with a strawberry ganache and there you have it!
You will be delighted by this combination of flavours which complement each other wonderfully.
“Le Renversé” is our dessert of the month of May.
