Our cheese of the month: Gutshöfer honey & thyme
This month, Kaempff-Kohler invites you on a culinary journey into the world of Dutch cheese with an original product: an artisanal goat’s milk Gouda from the Netherlands.
Gutshöfer honey & thyme is aged for one month in a thyme-infused rind, washed with caramel.
The marriage of these delicate and fragrant flavors gives this cheese a unique taste, which pairs beautifully with a walnut and grape salad with an apple cider vinaigrette.
Gutshöfer is available from February 7 at the cheese counter in our city center and Niederanven shops, in 200g vacuum-sealed packs at Breakk, and on our Click & Collect.
