This month, our very creative pastry chef is venturing into a bold but tasteful flavour combination, pairing saffron with vanilla, strawberry and rhubarb.
The “Spring Cloud” is our dessert of the month for April: a lightly saffron-infused vanilla ganache topped with strawberries sits on a pressed shortbread base filled with a strawberry and rhubarb compote.
Enjoy the texture of the ganache, with the barely perceptible hint of this delicate food spice. As if to hide from suspicious glances, saffron enhances the flavour without affecting the appearance of this unique dessert. You can enjoy the colourful bursts and the fresh, powerful flavour of rhubarb and strawberries.

The “Spring Cloud” is our dessert of the month for April. A vanilla ganache with strawberry and a light saffron touch, strawberries and rhubarb layed on a pressed shortbread.
You will be surprised by the texture of the ganache with the barely perceptible hint of this delicate food spice. As if to hide from suspicious glances the saffron, known for its very distinctive yellow color, does not rub off on the appearance of this unique dessert, allowing you to fully enjoy the colorful bursts and the fresh and powerful flavor of rhubarb and strawberries.
