To mark Mother’s Day, which we will celebrate this June 14, the pastry chefs at Kaempff-Kohler have put all their expertise and creativity into these treats, with three beautiful creations designed to melt moms’ hearts and turn this day into an unforgettable moment of sweetness.
The large celebration cake stands out with its elegant heart shape and delicate summer flavors. A crispy sweet pastry base is topped with almond cream, strawberry confit, and generous fresh poached strawberries. The whole creation is enhanced by a light Madagascar vanilla ganache, for a pastry as refined as it is delicious.
For those who prefer individual desserts, two small hearts will delight the palate: the first combines the freshness of a raspberry mousse with the zest of lemon, while the second will entice chocolate lovers with a blend of intense triple chocolate mousses.
Finally, there is the more traditional but no less gourmet option: the Valrhona chocolate praline box, heart-shaped of course!
