This week at BREAKK: back to Thailand!
In September, just before the start of the school year, BREAKK offers a return to Indochina with the light and colorful Thai salad. A blend of crisp salad, tender Thai chicken, delicate bamboo shoots and juicy pineapple chunks, this dish, excellent for a gourmet break, creates a perfect balance between sweet, salty, sour and spicy flavors.
