We promised it, and here’s the result: the creative exchange our chef Fanch Delanoë had with Peyo Nobre during his visit to the Bellouet School in Paris has led to a first outcome in the Kaempff-Kohler snacking range.
Introducing the new buttered Focaccia with beef pastrami, cheddar, Batavia lettuce, and a well-seasoned sauerkraut with mustard – a gourmet medley of flavors.
