We told you the story of the Galichon, the famous last crêpe that went to the youngest at the table during Breton meals.
Until now, this cone-shaped treat was available with roast chicken or salmon. Now we’ve adapted it: the raclette Galichon is filled with potatoes, cooked ham and red onions, and of course… raclette cheese.
