If you wish to treat your guests to authentic and artisanal dishes, you’ve come to the right place. Our chefs offer you their best homemade recipes.
Of course, there is the Riesling pâté, a great classic, a delicacy in a crust, an emblematic dish of Luxembourg’s culinary heritage, which was created by the founder of Kaempff-Kohler, Pierre Kaempff, to accompany his convivial after-work snack of the time.
The smoked salmon comes from our own smokehouse. We also offer gravlax or a particular delicacy, the lightly salted and Russian-smoked salmon fillet heart.
The foie gras is another essential product for festive tables. You should let yourself be tempted by the Kaempff-Kohler duck foie gras, presented with Riesling jelly, brioche and homemade onion confit.
Our game preparations are legendary: hare stew, roe deer and hind, as well as country terrines, roe deer with figs or wild boar, which are very popular as starters.
And then there are our orange and fig confits, red or green, to accompany cheese, as well as Parmesan sacristains, savory petit fours and homemade chips with salt or paprika for snacking before getting down to serious business.
