Luxembourg City has donned its festive finery for the end of the year. The Winterlights and their Christmas market bring that special seasonal atmosphere.
With its flagship boutique, the cheese shop, and the new Komptoir K’ restaurant, Kaempff-Kohler is right at the center of the action, between Place d’Armes and Place Guillaume.
With its urban flair, chic decor, and cozy atmosphere, Komptoir K’ is the ideal spot for any time of day, especially for an afternoon shopping break . This is when the establishment welcomes you to its tea room, a friendly place to gather and share a pleasant moment over a pastry, coffee, or tea.
The Barista counter delivers on all its promises with variations ranging from long coffees to hot chocolates, including Espresso, Café Liégeois, Latte, Frappé, Irish, or Italian coffee.
The Chai Latte serves as a transition to an extraordinary selection of teas: English Breakfast, Royal Darjeeling, 1837 Green Tea, French Earl Grey, Jasmine Queen, Moroccan Mint, Imperial Lapsang Souchong, White Sky, Vanilla Bourbon, and Verbena.
These exquisite beverages are, of course, accompanied by a homemade pastry created by our pastry chef Jonathan Szymkowiak. You will be charmed by his new creations such as the trompe-l’œil Mandarin or the Kappuccino, a true tribute to coffee, and of course the timeless classics: traditional éclairs, raspberry and lemon tartlets, the Templier, Baba au Rhum, Crousty Pécan, the gourmet chocolate Truffel, the legendary Dacquois, and naturally the seasonal Stollen.
