Wild garlic is a plant species related to chives, onion and garlic. This plant is very widespread and common in Europe and parts of Asia. It grows in forests at the beginning of the year.

Asparagus is a spring vegetable staple which can be found in seasonal cuisine in all forms and preparations, including salads.

At Kaempff-Kohler, we have chosen to combine wild garlic and white asparagus in our salad of the month of May.

It consists of green salad, breaded white asparagus sticks, wild garlic cream, cherry tomato, cucumber, egg, red onion and spring onion – the freshness and flavour of spring made simple.
