Who am I?
I’m shaped like a long loaf, with one side thicker than the other. I’m made from a brioche dough generously filled with soaked dried fruits, candied citrus, nuts and spices such as cinnamon.
Add a thin layer of icing sugar as a finishing touch… You guessed it: I’m Stollen!
This traditional Christmas cake, a symbol of indulgence and sharing, is available in a plain version (280 g and 450 g).
And, as every year, our Kaempff-Kohler pastry chefs also offer the marzipan version, a true sweet sin, rich and melt-in-the-mouth — ideal for getting ready for the festive season with sweetness and tradition.
The Stollen is already available in the pastry section of all Kaempff-Kohler shops.
