To gather all its ingredients, you would have to cross several continents: the high plateaus of the Andes for the quinoa, the lands of Asia for the pomegranate, then Europe for the Greek feta, zucchinis, pea shoots, and delicate leek sprouts.

From this encounter was born the Kaempff-Kohler Quinoa Salad with Feta and Pomegranate, a fresh, balanced creation generous in flavor.

The quinoa brings its delicately nutty notes, while the zucchinis offer a soft and crunchy vegetal freshness. At the heart of this harmony, the feta reveals its creamy texture and its slightly salty and tangy character. In contrast, the pomegranate seeds burst in the mouth to reveal a fruity, juicy, and subtly sweet freshness.
