August’s salad: Gourmande ensoleillée
In keeping with the season, Kaempff-Kohler offers a real summer salad throughout the month of August in its Take Away section.
The salad variety, the melon and watermelon are caressed by southern flavors: Feta, olives, cherry tomatoes and garlic croutons.
The balsamic smoked ham brings a little touch of spice and this farandole of summer flavors is rounded off by the homemade balsamic vinaigrette.
