More than just a cheese shop – the autumn-winter menu
With the reopening of the Kaempff-Kohler Cheese Shop, light dining activities have also resumed!
We are pleased to present the new autumn-winter menu, which highlights the iconic cheese recipes of the season.
In the spotlight, the melted cheeses we love to enjoy as winter approaches:
Mont d’Or, tartiflette and raclettes in all their forms.
Our cheesemonger Sonia and her team offer Savoyard raclette, Swiss Valais raclette, and even a gourmet truffle version for lovers of exceptional flavors.
All our raclettes are, of course, served with tender potatoes.
For a quick bite, let yourself be tempted by our pinsas:
- the raclette pinsa with raclette cheese, crème fraîche, and dry-cured ham;
- the Savoyard pinsa with crème fraîche, bacon bits, and onions.
And for smaller appetites, our Crokks take center stage:
the raclette Crokk or the blue Crokk (perfect for blue cheese lovers).
Also discover the lunch deal, including a Crokk of the day, a still water and a coffee for €19.50.
Finally, cheese lovers will find the very essence of our expertise with our platters and tasting boards:
- 5 or 9 cheeses, depending on your appetite,
