Laughter and memories, moments of joy, sharing and togetherness: the Christmas and New Year’s Eve menus are feasts of flavour, with an extra touch of love.
Make the most of your celebration and your guests, and leave the oven to the Kaempff-Kohler chefs, who have put together two splendid menu options:
The WINTER CLASSIC for a minimum of 4 people at €58.00 per person:
- Amuse-bouche, Riesling pâté.
- As a starter: a duo of homemade salmon (house-smoked and gravlax), polar bread, mini blinis, honey and dill sauce, horseradish cream.
- As the main course, the traditional Christmas turkey stuffed with chestnuts, sweet potato purée, a medley of roasted vegetables (parsnip, butternut, garlic green beans).
- And for dessert, a delicate butter yule log, rich and melt-in-the-mouth, available in three flavours: Vanilla, Mocca or Grand Marnier.

The WINTER ROYAL for a minimum of 2 people at €67.00 per person.
You can choose between 2 cold starters and 2 hot main courses:
- Amuse-bouche, Mini vol-au-vent
- Lobster bisque, tarragon profiteroles and crayfish tail with fine herbs
- Homemade duck foie gras, onion confit, artisan brioche and Riesling jelly
or - Savoury Paris-Brest with bluefin tuna, avocado cream and herb fresh cheese
- Traditional veal tenderloin, creamy porcini sauce, mashed potatoes, a selection of colourful baby vegetables
or - Venison fillet medallion, red wine sauce, celeriac purée with truffle oil and confit shallots
- A light, melt-in-the-mouth yule log, filled with a smooth, delicate mousse in several flavours: Raspberry Heart, Chocolate Temptation, Cappuccino, Winter Delight, Divine
