In Luxembourg, when we talk about “raclette”, the go-to cheese shop is definitely Kaempff-Kohler. The selection is huge.
French raw-milk raclette is available plain, smoked, pepper, mustard, vin jaune, a little more spicy with Espelette pepper, bruschetta or wild garlic. When the time comes, you can also enjoy it with truffle.
We also have a goat’s milk raclette for people who are lactose intolerant.
On the Swiss side, there are the traditional AOP d’Alpages, Signature and Appenzeller, as well as a whisky variant, and another with 7 flowers.
