The New Catering Menu Has Arrived
Kaempff-Kohler showcases refined creations and delights to share: canapés, savory petits fours, mini pâtés en croûte, hot bites, vol-au-vent or mini burgers kick off the festivities.
For starters, new individual creations make their debut: the Easter Pearl with salmon tartare, a gravlax salmon mousseline, Luxembourg-style eggs mayo or the perfect egg accompanied by a Jerusalem artichoke velouté.
The three-course Easter menu features leg of lamb, veal fondant or salmon in homemade pastry, followed by a Madeleine gourmande dessert with caramel and vanilla.
Cold buffets, meat dishes, seafood or vegetarian, the traditional platter of carefully selected cheeses and Easter sweets – an extraordinary Easter bunny, classic desserts, Easter nests, macarons and delicate pastries – complete this festive offering.
