Kaempff-Kohler celebrates the arrival of game: an in-house culinary tradition

Autumn, with its shimmering colours and its distinctive climate, ushers in a much-anticipated season for nature and food lovers: the opening of the hunting season, which marks the return of comforting game dishes.

At Kaempff-Kohler, the most sought-after game—namely roe deer, hare and doe—returns to our shops and menus.

Renowned for its tender, flavoursome meat, roe deer is served as a medallion with grand veneur sauce, made from a rich red wine reduction.

The hare, with its stronger, drier meat, is prepared as a Luxembourg-style civet.

Finally, we invite you to try the excellent sautéed doe fillet with lingonberries, marinated in red wine, served with a vine pear in red wine, Spätzli and red cabbage. Rediscover the authentic flavours of autumn and share convivial moments around the table.

In autumn, the arrival of game is a true tradition at Kaempff-Kohler, whether in our shops, our restaurants or on our catering menus.
