For desserts, the Kaempff-Kohler Easter menu of course offers its unmissable signature pieces: classic entremets such as the Dacquois, the Tentation chocolat, the Truffle Cake or the Framboisier Pistache. Plus, there is a special creation: the Easter Bunny, made with a madeleine sponge, a mousse and a Madagascar vanilla crème brûlée, served with a soft caramel.
If you prefer a more varied selection, Kaempff-Kohler also suggests several gourmet ideas.
Our little Easter nests are much more than a tradition: they are true pastry creations shaped like a nest in sponge cake, filled with a smooth buttercream with vanilla or mocha, rich and delicious. They also come in very indulgent variations, with a raspberry centre or in a Tentation chocolat version.
If you’re more into bite-sized treats, we recommend our platter of 15 Pâtisseries Mignonnes (Hazelnut rocher, Vanilla-strawberry financier, Pistachio tartlet, Exotic mousse, Raspberry tartlet, Chocolate mignon, Lemon tartlet, Truffle, Dacquois and Yuzu Opéra).
You can also discover another house speciality: the platter of 15 macarons, with flavours such as Madagascar vanilla, Bolivian coffee, Dacquois, Grand cru chocolate, Pear-hibiscus, Sicilian pistachio, Meeker raspberry, Dominican Republic passion fruit, Salted butter caramel, Quetsche and Burgundy blackcurrant.
So this year, don’t put all your eggs in the same nest…
