When Kaempff-Kohler’s pastry chefs are in love, they overflow with ideas. For Valentine’s Day, our master pastry chef Jonathan Szymkowiak and his team have created a candy apple to share.
This vibrant red dessert, a trompe-l’œil and of course shaped like an apple, sits on a hazelnut crunch. It is filled with a Madagascar vanilla ganache, a creamy praline and a Granny Smith apple compote.
An exquisite treat to share with love, which also crowns our Valentine’s Day menus, available at the catering counter and at the Komptoir K’ restaurant, with pomp and ceremony.
