Koru Manuka, the New Zealand superfood
Koru New Zealand Manuka honey is primarily distinguished by its very high quality, its high concentration of active compounds and its rigorous traceability.
Manuka (Leptospermum scoparium) is an exceptional tree that grows on the drier eastern coasts of the North and South Islands. It only flowers once a year, for just a few weeks. Its nectar and the hard work of native bees combine to produce a unique and delicious honey, sought after worldwide.
Koru Manuka is a honey with strong antibacterial activity, featuring high MGO (Methylglyoxal) ratings, which gives it superior therapeutic power, particularly for immune and digestive support, as well as healing.
It is a pure, monofloral honey harvested from remote and wild areas of New Zealand.
Each batch is independently tested in New Zealand to verify its purity, quality, and MGO concentration.
Every jar is traceable back to the original hive. The product undergoes rigorous controls and testing (including DNA testing), from its harvest in the bush to its bottling, ensuring scientific proof of all its benefits.
The honey is kept raw in its natural state, without pasteurization, to preserve its enzymes and beneficial properties.
Koru packs its Manuka directly in New Zealand, in high-quality glass jars, placed in luxury cardboard boxes to guarantee authenticity, prevent tampering, and protect the honey from light.
Koru Manuka honey is an “ultra-premium” commodity, rare and extremely powerful, certified to the strictest New Zealand standards – on exclusive sale at Kaempff-Kohler boutiques.
Available in 250g or 500g jars, from 100+ to 550+ MGO.
