Before the main courses, there is that precious moment when the table comes alive, glasses clink and the first bites whet the appetite.
Kaempff-Kohler savoury mignardises were conceived as an elegant amuse-bouche—refined and generous—designed to satisfy every craving, including vegetarian ones.
Delicate cold creations
The Winter Canapés (12 pieces) showcase signature flavours:
homemade smoked salmon, cheddar lifted by a honey-mustard mousse, Italian cooked ham, cured ham enhanced with a sun-dried tomato balsamic, not forgetting the parmesan triangle.
A timeless must-have, the Rieslingspaschtéit—Kaempff-Kohler’s famous pâté en croûte—is available in 12 pieces, faithful to the house’s heritage recipe.
The Savoury mignardises selection (16 pieces) plays on contrasts and textures:
butternut–feta bûchette and fresh goat’s cheese tartlet with chives and spicy mango chutney (vegetarian options), foie gras panna cotta with confit onions, and a salmon, beetroot and crab opéra.
The pleasure of warm bites, made to share
For warm treats, several assortments are available:
- 20 vol-au-vents with varied fillings (parmesan & truffle, oriental chicken, garlic & parsley prawns, munster & cumin, cod & curry),
- 20 classic hot bites, combining puff pastries, quiches and savoury cakes,
- or a trio of 12 mini burgers, available as beef with house sauce, raclette & caramelised onions, honey-mustard cod, and falafel served with raita cream.
For a vegetarian alternative, the pain gourmand (32 pieces) and crudités dips for around six people are the perfect complement to the selection.
