The “Verwurelter” are making their appearance at Kaempff-Kohler for the carnival season, known as the fifth season by our German friends.
Our pastry chefs have carefully crafted these twisted knots, flavored with vanilla, lemon and rum, or simply as brioche made from fresh yeast dough.
This delicacy is dusted with powdered sugar – a little guilty pleasure allowed during the wild carnival season.
These “Verwurelter” will soon be joined by our Berlin-style doughnuts filled with plum jam – another seasonal pastry delight.
