Kaempff-Kohler celebrates raclette
December 13th is World Raclette Day, a celebration of this winter dish originating from Switzerland, which has become very popular in France and Europe, and is particularly enjoyed on festive tables at the end of the year.
To truly enjoy this convivial dish, which brings together families and friends, come to the premier address in Luxembourg – our selection is unbeatable:
The French raclette varieties are all made from raw cow’s milk: plain, smoked, pepper, mustard, vin jaune, a bit spicier with Espelette pepper, bruschetta, wild garlic, and of course with truffles.
For those who are lactose intolerant, we offer a goat’s milk raclette.
On the Swiss side, there are some wonderful surprises! In addition to the traditional Alpage AOP, Signature, and Appenzeller (all made from raw milk), we will surprise you with a whisky raclette cheese and one with 7 Flowers.
The raclette, the melting heart of the holidays, awaits you at the Kaempff-Kohler cheese dairy and wine cellar.
