Autumn at Kaempff-Kohler: Game… our terrines

Autumn at Kaempff-Kohler
Game… our terrines

Festive starter or rustic dish, the game terrine is in season.

More aromatic, full-bodied and complex than farmed meats, game enchants the palate with its slightly earthy and wild taste that evokes the autumn forest.

In the game terrine, these flavours are enhanced by the wine marinade and typical spices such as juniper berries, cloves and pepper.
The hint of alcohol and the melting fat of the pork meat bring roundness and length on the palate.

Add a nice slice of rustic bread, a gherkin and a little hot mustard, and the feast is perfect.

Kaempff-Kohler spoils you with its homemade terrines (country-style, venison with figs and wild boar) and the hare variant from Maison Artzner.

Celebrate game at Kaempff-Kohler in our shops and restaurants in the city centre and in Niederanven.
