Gourmet Fusion
Komptoir K’ introduces a new gastronomic concept. Every Thursday and Friday evening, throughout the festive season, our mixologist Markus Sippe and our chef Christophe Chabanneau offer a formula combining the delicacy of gourmet bites with the elegance of a matching cocktail.
The homemade foie gras, candied onions, and toasted brioche will be accompanied by a Marquise Sour, light and well-balanced, with the freshness of citrus and the sweetness of Marquise. Very pleasant at the start of the evening,
or the White Grape Silk, alcohol-free, fresh and fruity, made with Chardonnay juice and verjuice. Light, elegant, and perfect with foie gras.
We pair the smoked salmon and its potato waffle with the Dill Vodka Collins, a fresh and aromatic cocktail, with Beluga vodka and dill which adds a vegetal touch.
The selection of four aged cheeses is to be enjoyed with our Honey Cognac Sour, round and sweet, mixing cognac, lemon, and honey.
The vegetable dips and hummus go well with the very refreshing Basil & Lemon Spritz (alcohol-free), or with a Thyme & Zest, a tonic and fragrant long drink, where gin meets citrus and thyme.
On our menu, you will also find the four fine de claire oysters, enhanced with vinegar caviar and the homemade Gromperekichelcher served with their compote, or the four variations of Flammekuchen to enjoy alone or to share.
Gourmet fusion, every Thursday and Friday evening, simple, fresh, and ideal for after-work – a new convivial and gourmet interlude at Komptoir K’ by Kaempff-Kohler at Place Guillaume in the city center.
