Cheese brings sharing and pleasure to year-end festive meals. For warm moments with family or friends, nothing beats a good raclette or a fondue.
On our Christmas menu, we offer raclette platters for 4 people:
- French Raclette (raw milk plain, smoked, pepper, wild garlic)
- Swiss Raclette (raw milk plain from Valais, Signature, Appenzeller, Blumen)
- And the Swiss Half-and-Half Fondue, with Swiss Gruyère and Vacherin Fribourgeois
Connoisseurs will also appreciate our beautiful cheese platters for 4 to 6 people:
- Truffle: Truffled Olivade, Truffled Machecoulais, Truffled Petit Grès d’Alsace, Trufalo, Homemade Truffled Brie
- Gourmet: Fig Dome, Chestnut Vaudoise, Petit Grès Champagne, Stilton, 8 Blumen
- 5 Families: Chabichou, Camembert de Normandie, Farmhouse Munster, Roquefort, Exceptional Comté
- And for 10 to 12 people, the sumptuous Royal Platter: Poudre d’or, Claousou, Explorateur with Christmas spices, Fourme with Sauternes, Époisses de Bourgogne, Farmhouse Saint-Nectaire, Corsican Tomme with Pietra beer, Farmhouse Abondance de Savoie
