For starter, a Lovers’ Éclair with foie gras, duck breast and candied fig with prunes, garnished with a light foie gras mousse, homemade foie gras cubes, smoked duck breast and toasted hazelnuts, accompanied by a fig and prune chutney.

For the hot main course, you have the choice between meat or fish:
the tender veal pavé, accompanied by crispy buckwheat flavored with muscovado sugar, sweet vanilla parsnip purée, honey-glazed baby carrots, all topped with a silky red port jus,
or the Lovers’ Skrei, Jerusalem artichoke purée, Brussels sprouts browned with bacon and crunchy hazelnuts, a caress of lemon and fresh herb beurre blanc.

To finish your meal, we offer a delicate dessert that unites a raspberry heart, fresh and intensely fruity, with a chocolate temptation heart, deep and melting. A two-beat creation, designed to celebrate love with elegance and passion.
