The southern sun arrives in Kaempff-Kohler showcases with two new Mediterranean tartlets as colorful as they are delicious.
The first delicately combines green and yellow zucchini, while the second highlights multicolored peppers for an explosion of summer flavors.
Set on an enriched Swiss leavened dough, halfway between brioche and traditional bread, the vegetables are enhanced by a light, soft, and airy texture. This dough, crafted using refined baking expertise, brings a generous and melt-in-your-mouth touch to every bite.
For the topping, the zucchini version is enhanced by a flavorful sun-dried tomato tapenade, while the pepper recipe reveals sunny notes of red pepper tapenade. Olive oil and herbs de Provence complete this creation with southern accents.
