For food lovers who, for the long year-end evening, focus on conviviality and a warm atmosphere with family or friends, our Swiss or French raclette platters, accompanied by a fine selection of charcuterie (Italian or aperitif platter), are perfect.

On our Christmas menu, we offer raclette platters for 4 people:

• French raw milk raclette: plain, smoked, pepper, wild garlic
• Swiss raw milk raclette: plain Valais, Signature, Appenzeller or Blumen

For true enthusiasts who want a wider choice, it is possible to buy raclette by weight at the cheese counter, where the entire range of French raw milk raclette awaits you: alongside the plain, smoked, pepper and wild garlic varieties presented on the platter, there is also raclette with mustard, vin jaune, Espelette pepper, bruschetta and truffle.

For lactose-intolerant individuals, our cheese specialist offers a goat’s milk raclette.

On the Swiss side, you’ll find the traditional Alpine AOP, Signature and Appenzeller, as well as a whisky variant and another with 7 flowers.

In the same range, the Swiss half-and-half fondue made with Swiss Gruyère and Fribourg Vacherin is also very popular.

And to complete the meal, our in-house bakers have thought of the bread accompaniment: walnut, multi-grain, artisan baguette, traditional loaf or fruit bread.
